Direct Roving (VGDR200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 900, 1200, 2400)

Direct roving is produced by winding a certain number of individual fibers directly from the bushing without twist into rovings. The surface of strands is coated with a silane-based size which imparts a specific application property to the product. They are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins. They are specially designed as reinforcement for FRP pipes, pressure vessels, gratings, profiles and when converted into woven rovings, for boats and chemical storage tanks.

The direct roving we offered has three series, they are:
A)Filament winding roving;
B) Pultrusion roving;
C) Roving for weaving.

These rovings have excellent integrity and ribbonization, fast and complete wet out in resins, excellent humidity resistance, no fuzz and excellent mechanical properties.
